Harry A's Story
I recently acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of New Rochelle, and a Master of Divinity Degree from Shaw University Divinity School in Raleigh, North Carolina. Other than surviving the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's, those are my biggest accomplishments. Some of you who survived the insanity of those times may understand what I am saying.
I am a minister of the Gospel now. I have prepared myself for the task. I was obedient to God's Word where in 2 Timothy 2:15 it says, "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that not needeth to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." I am not a pastor of a church as of yet. However, when God calls me to pastor, I am ready and prepared to serve.
I am the proud father of five daughters, one son, three grandsons, and four granddaughters. When the Lord said, "Be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth," I did my best to be obedient. :)
My children are all positive contributors to our world. Their job titles are Educator, Electrical Engineer (Stage and Production Lighting Specialist), Chemical Engineer, Dental Technologist, Student of Veterinary Medicine, and a mother.

r happened. No matter how far I push those regrettable memories to the back of my mind, they find their way into my fore-thoughts. No matter how bright the sun shines, there is a black cloud that blocks some of the sunlight. I am going to take this opportunity to address that black cloud.
Everyone has made some mistakes. I have done things that hurt people and caused them pain. I am ashamed. To all of those whom I have offended during the course of my life, I apologize. I am sorry for not having the forethought, or the vision, or the common sense to realize that my actions would cause you pain. I was very selfish. With all of my heart, I regret that I committed those offenses and I am sorry. Please forgive me.
Moving on, my plans for the future is to continue my studies and acquire a doctorate degree. I am looking forward to hearing someone address me as Dr. Carter. I will find a cause other than my vanity to keep me motivated to study for a doctorate degree later.
My other big plan is to attend the next class reunion. I am looking forward to seeing my fellow classmates and friends once again. I am praying that the Lord will keep all of us safe from harm, make us healthy and strong, and allow us to prosper. Be well everyone and God Bless You.
Sincerely,
Harry Allen Carter, Jr
